ENTRY STANDARDS A listing of the "A" and "B" Standards for obtaining entry into the meet. ENTRY INFORMATION ENTRY PROCESS Athletes must first achieve at least the B Standard for the meet in order to enter. Entry standards are on this page and can be accessed by clicking on the Entry Standards link. Once the standard has been met, entry for the meet is ONLINE ONLY and the deadline to enter is June 1, 2008 by 11:59 p.m. Entry is not complete until the payment has been made using a credit card. Once payment has been verified you will receive an electronic confirmation receipt of entry sent to the email address you provide us. Print this receipt out and bring it with you to the meet at packet pickup.ENTRY STANDARDS Entry Standards can be accessed by clicking on the link: Entry Standards. Athletes must achieve at least the B Standard in order to enter the meet. Athletes who have not met this standard and still enter the meet will not be accepted into the meet. All marks will be verified. Automatic timing (FAT) is necessary for the sprints. No wind aided marks will be accepted. ENTRY FEE The entry fee per event is $30 plus a $2.00 processing fee. If you wish to enter more than one event you must complete the form for each event. All athletes in the meet receive an adidas Golden West Meet t-shirt and momento with their entry. WELCOME BARBECUE: Friday, June 6 at 7 p.m. You may also purchase barbecue tickets with your entry at $20.00 per person. This welcome barbecue held on Saturday at Folsom High School at 7 p.m. is a great way to meet your fellow athletes, coaches and parents. Barbecue tickets may also be purchased separately from the entry. ENTRY DEADLINE The deadline for entry is June 1, 11:59 p.m. (PST). All entries must be made by that time in order to compete in the meet. Only online entries are acceptable. ENTRY CONFIRMATION You will receive an immediate electronic confirmation to the email you provide us of your completed entry if your transaction was successful. Print this receipt out and bring it with you to packet pickup. Please be sure of the email address you provide us. MEET TICKETS For the best price purchase meet tickets online for $5 each until June 1, 2008. They will also be for sale the day of the meet for $10. |
